Some companies call their employees associates and others call them staff members; however, here at Eco Planet we don’t have associates or staff members or even employees, we have family. Every one that works for Eco Planet Landscaping shares family dinners every month, from top to bottom we all split bread.
Every member of the Eco Planet family has a vested interest in seeing our company grow, thus everybody has a say in what’s going on. From vehicles, to uniforms, to the food we eat at family dinners, is all up to the Eco Planet Family.
